Does it ever feel like a lot of the self-care routines we see online are about performing wellness rather than genuinely being well? Jimothy is here to help us dig a little deeper! The Jimothy Wellness Philosophy, in 4 simple principles.(1) Be yourself: Jimothy became an internet favorite because of what made him different, not despite it.
